<p>Unreliable agents, </p><p> A complaint email from yesterday's unsuccessful viewing. </p><p> Just following up to let people know that I requested a viewing 6 days ago for a specific flat, I was booked in alright and confirmed to see a flat with a balcony (1st floor). I was there on viewing day on on time, in fact 5 minutes early when stage agent showed up and did not expect me, instead another potential buyer waiting there was expected by him (1st joke) . So we had a double viewing but I have no problem with that. In fact I understand although I do not like it that much it given its London and time slots are valuable. I asked the lady of it was OK to view with her as I did not appear on the agents records. He asked when I booked and he was puzzled. Had to show him my email confirmation (professionalism)! </p><p> 2nd joke and most dishonest to my opinion is that I was told "let's start the viewing from the top floor down since the 1st floor flat has now sold" - the flat I had specifically requested to view as I was interested in outdoor space and this is one ONLY flat that was advertised on your website nonetheless. I told him immediately that none informed me of this and I did not want my time to be wasted viewing another flat. I was not called or emailed. Was this the case when I requested a viewing in which case they were advertising a flat that was already gone - and they were advertising explicitly the 1st floor flat in an old West london mansion, the only one with a balcony? </p><p> I expressed my annoyance and immediately pooled out from the viewing because this is a joke. On walk back to tube station I called to enquire what was going on and I was not on their records for viewings still *joke again* and they apologised and apologised but I told them you could have called or emailed. </p><p> I cut my day short to meet the viewing time at the expectation that I would be viewing what I requested and if this sells, then damn, do not waste my time and notify me of this ASKING me if first I am interested to view other properties in the same building which fall below my minimum requirements before making me travel 2hrs back and forth just because you think you can. </p><p> I am going to be raising this to the relevant standards agency as I have a slight idea that they knew and were advertising the only property finished in renovation within the same building but had no such disclosure in the page of right move. </p><p> I bothered to update you on my personal circumstances and viewing availability and this agency was dishonest. It seems, they still think they can make no effort and sell whatever to whomever but times have changes and they need to work and provide a service. </p><p> DO not use them unless you want to waste your time</p>

I'm very happy with this agency, they did more that i was expecting, we contacted with them to see a property, the staff always were very kind and helpful with the process, to rent a property require a lot of documents and procedures and they helped and support to me to do everything all time, unfortunately at the last day the landlord told as that finally he decided don't give us their property because we late with the documents, it was not fault of the agents, they were so worry for us and they worked hard and finally two days later they found a home much better, new and bigger, I'm very grateful with them because we have a beautiful new home giving thanks to the unbelievable job that did Andrea and Georgia I recommend this agency they are 100% trusworty and friendly.

I don't even know from where to begin to express how awful of a relationship myself and my partner had with them. Here are just a few of the cases we had to go through with the extremely unreliable and unprofessional agent Andreja Kmetovic (branch West Kensington):
- They locked us out of our flat after we came back from abroad. We had to sleep in a hotel for the night and didn't get reimbursed.
- When we tried to leave earlier and past our break clause they lied about us having to pay 200£ for every month until the end of our agreement.
- We waited for 4 months to get our deposit back. This action required a several days of emails back and forth because our agent didn't make an effort to let the branch know.
- The flat had mice (never fixed) and broken boiler (fixed but we stayed without hot water for 3 week).
- Our keys got stolen and they refused to make a copy so we had to do it ourselves.
- The let agreement we signed was about 40 pages long and quite confusing.
All of this happened during a very hard time in our personal lives and living there made it 10 times worse. We couldn't wait to move out. I'll never go near their office ever again.

Only dealt with the Shepherds Bush branch for the first time. I cancelled an appointment for which the person I was dealing with over the phone replied by sending me a sarcastic and rude reply.
I will avoid them in the future, so should you.
As if advised her of a deposit of £800,000 cash in the bank, her comment is below - I am just giving her last comment - which has been copied and pasted as received.
“£800k for a 2 / 3 bed house? Where does he want to be?”
Perhaps those at Shepherds Bush are so out of touch with reality that the don't even realise them selves. Shameful reaction for not getting their way!
Make sure you have a lot more deposit before approaching them in Shepherd's Bush.

We have had excellent service from Melissa since she took over the management of our flat. When I instructed Barnard Marcus to let my apartment Gisella acted on my instruction in professional manner and unlike the other agents she got a few applicants through the door and on the same day and within 24 hours of me instructing the agent she manage to get me a tenant for the asking price.
Once I excepted the offer she and her colleagues managed to conclude the letting agreement within a few days. If you are looking for a good professional and honest service the person who will be able to provide you will be Gisella at Barnard Marcus.

I was very impressed with the service provided by Gisella Rappa. She came to our initial meeting fully prepared with comparable rental evidence, took the time to understand the type of tenant that I wanted for the flat and was realistic about the level of rent that could be achieved. Although there was a problem with the original photographs and internet advert, Gisella Rappa immediately arranged to re-do the advert, once she became aware of the problems. I was very pleased with her quick response, and was fully confident in her ability to find the right tenant for my property.
